Top rankings for Trust schools

Two of the Inspiration Trust's academies have been highly ranked in the 2018 Times / Sunday Times Parent Power guide.
The annual guide, now in its 25th year, ranks schools using a range of data including national exam results.
Using its GCSE measure Hethersett Academy, near Norwich, was ranked 19th nationally, while Sir Isaac Newton Sixth Form ranked 14th nationally for A Levels.
Inspiration Trust chief executive Dame Rachel de Souza said: "It's great to have this recognition for our students and staff, and it demonstrates their amazing hard work in starting Sir Isaac Newton Sixth Form from scratch to be one of the best sixth forms in the country, and the remarkable turnaround at Hethersett Academy, now East Anglia's top school for pupil progress to GCSE.
"What I'm most proud of is that great exam performance sits alongside great sport, music, and arts at Hethersett, and that our sixth formers have a well-rounded education that helps them move on to some of the best universities.
"We have always said that children in Norfolk and Suffolk are among the brightest in the country, and this steady climbing up the league tables shows how much potential there is."
Earlier this year rankings devised by the Government-backed campaign Your Choice, include Sir Isaac Newton Sixth Form in the Top 50 schools nationally for science, technology, engineering, and maths - outstripping famous names like Eton and Harrow.
In this summer's GCSEs, Hethersett Academy ranked as the top mainstream school in East Anglia for pupil progress, putting it in the top 1% of schools nationally. It also has Norfolk's top Attainment 8 score of 55.8; the top score for Grade 5 or above in English and Maths at 67%; and the most students achieving the English Baccalaureate at Grade 5 or above at 54%.
Although not mentioned in the The Times' guide, fellow Inspiration Trust academy East Point Academy achieved the top Progress 8 score in Suffolk in 2017, and Cromer Academy ranked second in Norfolk behind Hethersett.
